Nyasaa Meaning

Dounia Droubi, Franco-Syrian living in Mumbai, is working with Sadhana Yogalakshmi for the past two and half years. She is engaged in spreading Nyasaa vision and mission and is the student of Sadhana Yogalakshmi since then. 

Dounia defined herself as driven by well-being and health - Passionate about a holistic way of caring and healing -  Engaged toward Femtech and social upliftment through technologies.

Dounia has a former education in Bioengineering and Bio-medical engineering, obtaining her M.S. at EPFL, The polytechnical School of Lausanne, Switzerland. She has worked worldwide being exposed to both the corporate and the research academic worlds. From Vancouver, Canada, in the field of Nanotechnologies at Precision Nanosystem Inc., to academic research in Neuroscience at the University of Barcelona, Spain, in the Laboratory of Brain mechanisms of Language Learning as well as in Tissue engineering at Radboud Insitute of Health Science in The Netherlands; passing by a mix of corporate and academia while working at the IT Help Desk department of EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland.

In 2018 Dounia decides to give meaningfulness to her life and activities and reconnect to her true values and motivation. To do so, she reconnects to Nature and Mother Earth through the practice of Permaculture by volunteering in organic farms, eco-villages, and permaculture farms in France and Switzerland; at the same time, she reconnects to herself through her practice of yoga and meditation. She obtained her  PDC, Permaculture Design Certificate, in 2019.

Dounia is currently working with Nāda Dhyan Yogini Sadhana Yogalakshmi to allow people to explore and develop their consciousness through the practice of Nyasaa Yoga.

Fabian Cowan is the founder of 1BB, a brand and communication consultancy, which is leading efforts in the creative rejuvenation and promotion of India's OOH and DOOH advertising ecosystem; with the intention of bringing its various forms to the mainstream and creating avenues for its inclusion in the development of beautification of cities facilitating citizen inclusion. Fabian previously worked with the Dentsu Network, driving its out-of-home mandate across India as the Country Head of Posterscope, handling a team of 130 professionals. With over 28 years of media experience, Fabian has been associated with Print media, Radio, Television, out-of-home, media, and Smart city initiatives as well. Having been chosen as one of the most influential Out of Home Media professionals in India in 2020 by the exchange4media group, Fabian is a sought-after speaker and commentator on the out-of-home ecosystem.

In the last 12 months, Fabian has furthered his consulting and artist management business and is currently handling the communication and brand strategy of a few celebrated Indian artists. Fabian is also advising 2 new startups one in the entertainment and content space and the other an international company in the DOOH space. 

Additionally, Fabian is a trained speaker and facilitator and is currently furthering his passion as a master of ceremonies on a professional level having done more than 3500 hours of training and facilitation. He is also an Honorary Adjunct faculty member at the “Northpoint Centre of Learning” and is now developing a leadership program on “higher levels of consciousness” and how ancient art can throw more depth on the large canvas of leadership traits.  

Fabian believes in two very distinct thoughts, “you will get everything you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want from life” and Two, “if serving is below you, leadership is beyond you”.
